Who Are We

About the Fremont Area Car Club

The Fremont Antique Car Club (FACC) began in 1966 with a simple goal — to promote the preservation and restoration of antique vehicles. What started as a small group of passionate car lovers has grown into a thriving club with over 100 members today, and we now go by Fremont Area Car Club

Our members own a wide variety of vehicles — from antiques and classics to late-model cars, trucks, military vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, hot rods, and other special-interest vehicles. No matter what you drive (or dream of driving), there’s a place for you here!

Our biggest event of the year is the annual Swap Meet, held on the fourth Sunday in September. Over the years, it has become one of Nebraska’s oldest and largest one-day swap meets — a highlight for car enthusiasts across the region.

But being part of the club isn’t all work! Members enjoy a full calendar of fun activities throughout the year, including car shows, parades, road rallies, Drive-n-Dine events, potlucks, and more — all great ways to share our love of cars and good company.

Community involvement is also an important part of who we are. When possible, the Fremont Area Car Club offers scholarships to local high school seniors pursuing automotive-related studies. We also proudly support other local clubs and organizations through monetary and food donations, helping strengthen the community we call home.
