This 1966 Ford Mustang GT K-Code has received a thorough restoration and is Finished in the correct, show-quality, Signalflare Red paint, over a black vinyl pony interior with bucket seats. It is an absolute blast to drive with a period correct Hi-Po 289ci K-code V8 replacement engine that features correct code 20 heads, upgraded distributor and Holley 4bbl carburetor with electric choke. Power is put to the ground through a four-speed manual transmission and replacement Ford 8″ rear end with 3.10 gears. This Mustang is equipped with factory options including the GT equipment package, special handling package, styled steel wheels, and Rally-Pac clock/tachometer. The trim tag DSO decodes as originally a North Carolina delivery where it remained until we purchased and relocated to our classic car showroom in Ohio for display as part of the dealership owners museum collection.
